This conference was organized by ICT Research and Human Resource Development Agency, Ministry of Communications and Informatics (KEMKOMINFO RI) in Pullman Hotel, Bali Province, Indonesia (17-18/10/2018). This conference is collaborated with Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Indonesia section.
This conference invites researchers, academics, engineers, sholars, and practitioners to present and share their ideas, experiences, innovations, and the developments regarding the use of ICT and of implications of ICT in rural development.
